I hope everyone who is coming out so far is enjoying the workouts and coaching! I am really enjoying having people back in the gym, and it seems like we were hardly closed now that we are getting a few classes under our belt. If you are hesitant to come in, classes aren't busy and there is tons of space. Starting tomorrow, you are able to come into a class to try it out if your membership is on hold without having to turn your membership back on. This will allow you to see how comfortable you are with the processes and spacing in the gym before turning your membership on. Just respond to this email with the class time you would like to attend and I can register you!
A friendly reminder to try to keep chalk in their ziploc bags or they cause quite a chalk mess. I recommend finding a larger bag to keep the chalk in so can you use the chalk without having to take it out of the bag. The hand mop doesn't clean up the chalk dust as it ends up smearing it over the ground. If you do make a lot of powder chalk mess, its best to use the broom to sweep it up first.
