With the current emphasis on social distancing to help spread the curve of COVID-19, we are not going to jump into a regular strength cycle for the next couple of weeks. We are also releasing at home, minimal equipment versions of our daily WODs for Monday to Saturday. Completing these workouts at home counts as a class towards the committed club too! For the time being, we are no longer allowing drop ins and visitors to the gym.
- Please stay home if you are feeling unwell (and do one of our at home workouts)
- Wash your hands as soon as you arrive and before you leave
- Wipe down every piece of equipment you use
- Avoid high fives, handshakes and hugs with other member
