Push Pull for pancreatic cancer this Saturday! The 9am class and open gym will run the push pull workout below. There are no thrusters for you to do, only Wallace is doing thrusters, 1 for every $2 she raises! You can donate to the jar at the front of the gym to add to her thruster count!
