Heading into the Open next week, our regular lifting is replaced with skill/auxiliary strength work. This will help you get prepped for the high skill requirements of the Open and give you body a bit of a break before we hit the next strength cycle (no you will not loose all your gains). Way to crush test week though, so many PRs!!
