Details for next weekends 2 year anniversary in-house throwdown!
- Friends and family who have CrossFitted before are welcome to join us.
- We will provide food after, you are welcome to come just for the socializing afterwards!
- We will make teams by drawing names out of a hat.
- 3 workouts will run from 10am-2pm.
- First workout will begin at 10am, so please arrive early to get changed.
- Workouts are all scaleable and accessible to every member. Even if a specific injury stops you from doing movements, we will modify!
- Please sign up on the list at the front by the white board so I can get an idea of numbers.
- Workouts will be released day of.
