You are all blessed this Friday with coach Alice's birthday WOD! If you are doing the full WOD, skip the deadlifts. If you would like to lift still, do the scaled down version or fitness WOD!
Don't forget to come out at 8pm for our gym trivia evening! Members and family are welcome to join us at the gym for a free trivia night. We will make teams of 2-3 people based on who comes out, and the questions will be across a broad array of categories, we will provide pizza!
