Congrats on all the big PRs last week! We are switching up strength cycles and days going forward so you will be working off percentages of your maxes, instead of daily maxes. We will still be working on a clock for the warm up and working sets and the order of the lifts were adjusted to make sure people aren't always doing the same lifts. The following is our new lifts/days for the next 8 weeks:

Monday - Back Squat

Tuesday - Oly Lift

Wednesday - Press

Thursday - Front Squat

Friday - Deadlift

Monday, May 13 - 7:30pm on-ramp begins!

Tuesday, May 14 - 8:30pm candlelit yoga

Saturday, May 25 – 6km run/walk for water

Saturday, June 15 - 10am Strongnastics, gymnastics seminar
