This Friday our schedule is changing and we offering a 4:30 & 5:30pm CrossFit class, with Olympic Lifting at 6:30pm! This will also be the last Friday of the open, so come out if you can to celebrate 19.5, do the WOD, and enjoy some pizza and drinks afterwards!
With the open wrapping up, I am excited to bring back some FREE talks! On Saturday, March 30, Robbie will be giving a nutrition talk, based around nutrient timing and supplementation for exercise. When you should eat, what you should eat, based on your preferred workout schedule. We will be holding the talk at 10am, upstairs, so open gym can still go on at the same time.
