Tuesday is bring a friend day! All classes all day are free to drop in to!
During the next 3 weeks of the open we will not be running a set strength cycle. We will pick that back up after the open. For the next 2 weeks we will be working on a mix of strength movements we don't frequently do (but still get our squats in!)
