We are entering our second round of the Wendler cycle, please take note on how to adjust your 1 rep max to use for your percentage calculations for the next 4 weeks. IF you made 2 to 3 reps at your 95% you’re going to add 5lbs to your working weight. If you made 4 reps or more you’re adding 10lbs and you’ll work off this number instead. If you made 1 or 0 at your 95% you’ll keep the same working max for next cycle.
