Strength this week will be lighter but meant to do for speed, it is not quite a deload week. Next week IF you made more than 1 to 3 reps at your 95% you’re going to add 5lbs to your working weight (we’re not testing maxes). If you made 4 reps or more you’re adding 10lbs and you’ll work off this number instead. If you made 1 or 0 at your 95% you’ll keep the same working max for next cycle.
