There are 3 options for Monday's workout: If you are feeling like tackling 'Chad' before you enjoy your Christmas dinners, please try and bring your own backpack. The workout is supposed to be completed with a weighted backpack (dumbbells, slam balls, plates, anything to weigh it down) because Chad used to love to climb mountains and would use a weighted vest and step ups as training.
Tomorrow we have 5 classes, please register ahead of time, because if no one is registered we can give Morgan a class off and head home to see her family earlier! We are offering a 6am,7am, 9am, noon and 4pm class tomorrow so please register on Zenplanner.
