Monday is bring a friend day, all classes are free to drop in to! Members still need to register for classes ahead of time, but you do not need to register or let us know how many friends you are bringing, just bring them out with you! You do not need to know anyone to drop in either, just come on out and drop into anyone of our "CrossFit" classes on our schedule.
The workout is completed with 10 reps each person, alternating each rep. Each partner will lunge and pass a wall ball back and forth each lunge, as with the Russian twists. The farmers carry will be 1 partner carry there, the other partner carry back.
