We are starting a new strength cycle this week! Using the maxes we found 2 weeks ago you can continue with Strict or Bench Press on Monday's. If you would like to switch up your press to Strict, Push or Bench Press this cycle, you are welcome to work off an older max or use the lifting time this week to work up to a heavy single to use for the new cycle. 

 

Thursday - come say goodbye to coach Curtis before he heads to Florida for the winter! 7:30pm at The Fat Duck, friends and family welcome to join.
