Tuesday night at 8:30pm we are holding a candlelit yoga class! Open to all members and non-members, mats will be provided. There will be no mobility at 6:30pm in lieu of the candlelit yoga.
Way to go on all the heavy lifts and PRs last week! Before we head into our new strength cycle we are having a de-load week this week, where the focus will be on skills and different lifts than the regulars.
