Yoga schedule changes!
- Sunday Yoga will now start at 11:15am (to accommodate the transition between CrossFit from 10-11am)
- Tuesday Yoga - will no longer be a 1 hour yoga class. This class will now be a 30min mobility, yin-stretch class
- Candlelit YOGA - The second Tuesday of every month Kari will run a Candlelit yoga class from 8:30-9:30pm! Look for the first one on Tuesday, October 9!
Today's WOD you will have the option do a 5km run/row or pick your GOATs and get to work on them! Aim for about 30s-45s of work each round on the movements!
