Cindy began her CrossFit journey at CrossFit 1827 when we opened last August and she's been a dedicated and positive presence ever since! After attending our first On-Ramp Bootcamp she enjoyed it so much she did it a second time! A lot of people might not know, but Cindy has Multiple Sclerosis and doing CrossFit as her regular exercise helps her feel much better and manage the symptoms. She is the definition of getting stronger with age!
How did you get started into CrossFit:
CrossFit is something I always wanted to try but was too afraid to. My friend and coach Tonya assured me it would be fine and it was.
Favourite Class Time to attend:
I would love to come to the 12pm class but because of my schedule, I like coming to the 4:30 class.
Favourite Movement (s):
My favourite movement is the squats. There are so many different types you can do.
Least Favourite Movement:
I have a love-hate relationship with Burpees.!!!
Favourite Cheat Meal/Food:
My favourite cheat food; I have way too many to list, but Ice cream and red liquorice comes to mind.
