A few of us are training to run the Muskoka Ragnar in August so I will be posting a running distance each Saturday that anyone can join us to do to help train or just get better at running! This distance can be done at anytime on Saturday, no specific starting time. 

 

The 6km run is around Southgate to lights at Laird and back to the gym. 

 

The intervals can be done at BMHS track or around the gym. The aim is to keep each interval within +/- 4s of each other and rest 30-40seconds.
