Grab a team of 3 and get signed up for Gut's and Glutes on Saturday May 26! If you don't have a team of 3, get your name on the whiteboard at the gym to get matched up! If you're not volunteering, lets see you competing to support this great cause!

 

After last weeks heavy lifting we are going a bit lighter this week with MAX week being next week!
