Exercise not only improves your physical health but your mental health as well! It has also shown benefits in improving learning and retaining difficult subjects when studying after physical activity! To help University of Guelph students through exams over the next 2 weeks, CrossFit 1827 would like to offer all our classes for free to students!

 

Get out of the house/library and come join us for a great workout! Please aim to let us know if you plan on coming ahead of time, but this is not required. Only open to University of Guelph students from April 9- April 20, join us for regular classes on our schedule at no cost.
