Performance vs Fitness stream, choosing one: The difference between these 2 WODs is about intensity, they are not about scaling movements. You always do the performance WOD if you want to move quick and get sweaty, the Performance WOD can always be scaled to your ability. Choose the Fitness WOD only when you want to remove the intensity from that days workout; ie you are injured, haven't recovered from a previous workout, or aren't feeling like going hard on the workout today. The purpose of the Fitness WOD is not to be used as a scaling option when you can't do the RX'd Performance WOD movements, ask your coach for scaling options!
