A small change to the programming for the new year! To help meet a wider range of fitness goals we are introducing 2 workouts to each class, a "Performance" WOD as well as a "Fitness" WOD option.

- The Performance WOD will be our regular CrossFit programming, accessible and scaleable to all skill and fitness levels. 

- The Fitness WOD will be a slightly different version of the Performance WOD, with the aim of similar movements but different intensity. The Fitness workout will keep the intensity lower, while still working skill, strength and conditioning. This will be achieved using EMOMs and Rounds not for time. 

 

You will have the option of completing either workout and can choose based on how you are feeling that day! Let me know if you have any questions and feedback is appreciated!

Tuesday, January 9 - Bring a friend day! Drop-in to any class is free all day!

Saturday February 17 - CF1827 Masters Throwdown competition!
