Change to our weekly schedule; The Friday 6pm CrossFit class is being replaced with an Olympic Lifting class! This weekly class will be programmed and coached, running for 1 hour each Friday. We will cover the Snatch, Clean & Jerk and their various progressions and auxiliary work. Hope to see you out to take advantage of a full class dedicated to the Olympic Lifts! This class is open to all members or it can be used as open gym time if you would like to catch up on a WOD from the week.
Friday's schedule will now have regular CrossFit classes at 6am,7am,noon,5pm and Olympic Lifting 6-7pm.
