This New Year we will be running 2 session of our On-Ramp Bootcamp starting January 8th - 6am and 7:30pm! These Bootcamps will take you through the progressions of a regular CrossFit class in an un-intimidating group atmosphere where everyone is on the same level! Accessible by all fitness levels and experience, we will teach you the foundational CrossFit movements, while getting a great workout each day!
Session 1 - Monday and Wednesday 6-7am, Starting Monday January 8th
Session 2 - Monday and Wednesday 7:30-8:30pm, Starting Monday January 8th
Both sessions will run the same programming which allows you to chose the one that fits with your schedule.
