This is our 97th programmed WOD at CrossFit 1827, watch out for Friday's WOD being our 100th!

 

The 75% weights this week are a little lighter than last week, this is to work on the speed of our lifts. We are aiming to move the bar from the bottom of the squats, up as quick as we can while maintaining proper form!

November 30 - December 4 - CrossFit Lift-off

December 16 - Christmas Party! 4pm axe throwing at Riot Axe then 6pm potluck at the gym!

Tuesday January 9 - Bring a friend day! Drop-in to any class is free all day!
