Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving and are ready to work off the couple extra calories you may have consumed! Squats will still be Tuesday, with presses Wednesday and Deadlifts Thursday, Friday being hte make up day or Snatches! We are entering week 5 of our 7 week strength cycle. We are doing sets of 12 reps for hypertrophy this week and will increase weight, decrease reps over the next 3 weeks as we work towards testing our maxes!
