Reminder - our first On-Ramp Bootcamp starts at 7:30pm Monday, it's not too late to sign up, message us to get started!

 

Welcome to the first week of our strength cycle! We will be working from our baselines we set last week in the Press, Squat and Deadlift, make sure to have them in the Zenplanner Members App on your phone! If you missed a lift or two, you will have a chance to catch up on the Press, Squat and/or Deadlift this week.
