We are officially open!! Thank you so much to everyone who came out and made our grand opening amazing! We couldn't have done it without so much help from our volunteers/members and our sponsors/partners, we are so lucky to be part of/starting this amazing community!
Our class schedule on the website is set and we will be following that schedule starting at 6am Monday! A quick reminder, the classes we have for Monday are, 6am, 7:30am, Noon, 4:30pm, 5:30pm and 6:30pm.
We are running a quick 3 week strength program throughout August, when we will be starting a larger cycle the first week of September. For the next 3 weeks you can expect:
Monday - Press
Tuesday - Squat
Wednesday - Olympic Lift
Thursday - Deadlift
Friday - Squat Variation
