KIDS TRAINING

Kids Training at 1827 S & C teaches your children fitness and fun!

We will coach your kids through proper movement without load. We warm up, teach skills, complete a “WOD” (workout of the day) and end with a game or challenge. Our goal is to get them excited about exercise, nutrition and overall health + wellbeing at an early age!

SPECIFICS

  • Our instructors are certified and background checked.

  • Each class is 45 minutes in length and covers the foundational  movements.

  • Movements are taught unweighted, and kids can demonstrate proper movement patterns to “earn weight.”

  • First class is always free!

EXAMPLE MOVEMENTS

  • Squats

  • Deadlift

  • Presses

  • Cleans

  • Push ups

  • Pull ups

  • Sit ups

  • Burpees

  • Running

  • Rowing

  • Skipping

  • Nutrition

Kids Training it's a great addition to off the ice/field training or can be your childs "sport"! Our classes will improve your childs fitness in all 10 areas of: Strength, Conditioning, Speed, Power, Flexibility, Stamina, Agility, Coordination, Balance, and Accuracy.

DETAILS

Who: kids aged 7-12

When: Thursdays at 5:30pm and Saturdays at 11:45am

Cost for 1 months:

  • 1x/week: $60.00

  • 2x/week: $85.00​

What we would like to see from parents:​

  • Parents must come into the gym at drop off and pick up time. We encourage you to come in for the first classes to cheer and spectate!

  • Keep their attendance consistent to see the best results and to try adult classes, too.

  • Kids should have indoor shoes, gym clothes and water bottles

  • Arrive on time to each class
