Our Olympic Weightlifting program is available to CrossFit and non-CrossFit members. Whether you are looking to improve your lifting strength and technique, or focus on recreational or competitive weightlifting, this class is for you.
Learn from experienced coaches who have trained with, and learned from, the best weightlifting coaches in Canada. Our program is open to those who have experience with olympic lifting. If you are brand new, please message us to book a 1-on-1 intro session before jumping into regular classes.
Weekly class times:
Wednesdays at 6:30pm
Fridays at 6:30pm
Note: Olympic Lifting classes are available to members in addition to their regular classes or olympic lifting can be a separate membership.
